We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled web developer to join our in-house web and SEO team. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, self-motivated and comfortable being responsible for web architecture and SEO-wise (technical) optimizations. You will utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail to see out projects from conception to final product. Responsibilities: Website optimizations such as AMP, CDN, image compression, and efficient asset loading Make changes to the web codes in order to improve website position Create/Maintain Sitemaps (HTML & XML) Maintain a mobile-friendly website Experience with A/B testing Optimize robots.txt Run speed and CSS tests to make sure the code is clean, accessible, and efficient Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems. Apply structured data (schema.org, FAQ schema, and other types…) Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent Seeing through a project from conception to finished product. Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities. Identify deficiencies and bugs Maintenance and support for existing projects. Requirements: Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Good understanding of technical aspect of SEO Good problem solving skills. Attention to detail.
